Definitively not a *Mac* bug :-). But possibly one in IE Mac.

That #nav is absolute positioned within a table-cell. Maybe the browser doesn't like that too much. deleting all that a.p. stuff, and #nav positions itself correctly, in IE Mac and other browsers like Camino, Safari, iCab, Firefox, Opera on my PowerBook.
