I don't understand what you're trying to do with the printout, do you want the footer div to appear at the bottom of the first page? The end of the all the content? At the bottom of every page?
It said in your original that you wanted a URL to appear at the bottom of the last page, but you don't want it to appear after the content?? Do you want it to appear at the footer of the last page regardless of how much content is on it? If that's the case then I think you're out of luck.. And on the printout, the div was still not at the bottom of the page, but instead right after the content on the last page. By the way, I only want this div to appear on the printout which is why I had set it to hidden in the screen stylesheet earlier.
