Hi John,

Below is an outline for this document, automatically generated from the heading tags (|<h1>| through |<h6>|.)
   * Web Site Accessibility, SEO, & Usability Testing & Consulting
         o Accessibility Testing & Consulting
         o SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
         o Usability Testing & Consulting
         o Training Web Accessibility, SEO & Usability
   * Sub Navigation
         o Training Academy
         o Resources
         o Newsletter
         o Memberships
         o Footer
If this does not look like a real outline, it is likely that the heading tags are not being used properly. (Headings should reflect the logical structure of the document; they should not be used simply to add emphasis, or to change the font size.)
Can someone tell me if we really did something wrong?

That page outline looks correct to me when comparing it to the viewable source code on your site (looking good, btw!) I guess the question is whether the sub-navigation ought to be marked-up with <hx> tags. Quoting the validator, "do they reflect the logical structure of the document?"

Cheers,
Simon
