Apologies ahead of time as I realize this is off topic. But, since
everyone here can be affected by this, I feel the information is important.

I'm guessing that you've gotten the issue resolved as I couldn't get the
site to come up. But for future reference.... when bandwidth theft is an
issue you do not need legal assistance. Simply contact the infringers
web host and they will have no choice but to either go into their
clients code and remove what is yours, or simply suspend/terminate the
account. Bandwidth theft is extremely illegal (and easy enough to prove
without the cost of an attorney). As a general rule, web hosting
companies don't play around when it comes to bandwidth theft and when
notified will act upon it quickly.

Knock on wood... none of my hosting clients has ever done this.
