Again, that'd be wonderful, but as it stands nothing actually supports those to the best of my knowledge.

The tragedy is that the wealth of CSS available since the inception of CSS2 for targeting all sorts of different user agents is ignored, and as such we increasingly have to account for the custom overrides of users.
