Merhaba İşe alımdan önce bilgilendirme yükümlülüğü gereği CV’nin işleme hakkı, nasıl saklanacağı vb. Konularını içeren açıklama metninin paylaşılması ve bir itiraz sırasında kişiye bilgilendirme yapıldığını/onay alındığını gösteren makul bir kanıt ile kayıt altına alınmalıdır.
Ayrıca kişi işe alınmaz ise paylaştığı bilgiler kullanım amacı ortadan kalktığı için makul bir süre sonunda imha edilmelidir. Hele engelli kadrolar vb. Söz konusu ise olay daha karışık hale geliyor. Bu bilgiler özel nitelikli bilgi oluyor. Bir görüşe göre kişinin çeşitli görüşlerini ve biyometrik özelliklerini ifade ettiği için fotoğraf bile özel nitelikli veri oluyor. Özel nitelikli verilere kan grubu da dahil edilebiliyor. İlk adım envanter oluşturmak. Askeri içtima mantığında ne olduğunu bilmek gerekiyor elde öncelikle.
