Gürkan Bey, Evet özlük dosyamı saklaması için bir onay alımına gerek olmadığını düşünüyorum. Çünkü bu işveren bakımından 4857 sayılı Kanununun 75. Maddesi gereği zorunluluktur. Kendi isteğimle verdiğim bilgilerimi sizde duramaz, onaylamıyorum derseniz İş Kanunu gereği o şirkette çalışamaz durumda olursunuz. Çünkü İşverenin yapmakla zorunlu olduğu bir konudur bu.
Bu verilerin sorumluluğu ve koruma taahhütü ise ayrı bir konudur. O konuda da hemfikirizdir diye düşünüyorum.
