Hi, i'm trying to use your product (listen) but i'm having trouble

I have a plone user called "plone123" and when i go to a mailing list i
can subscribe clicking on the "subscribe" button. But when i try to do
it with an administrator account going to "subscribers" tab, i can't do
it. Also i tried subscribing being "plone123" and then with the
administrator account going to "subscribers", i can see the userID
(plone123) but when i click "save" the name disappears and the user is
unsubscribed...
I'm not sure what's going on here, and whatever it is is probably
highly dependent on the revision/branch you are using. If you're
using trunk, there are probably people reading the list who have a
better idea than I do.
