Maybe create a contrib directory with program distribution, and it will be delivered 
in every tarball.

Also about athentication, why does not make selection of authentication program inside 
the config file (bindimap.conf) ?
Instead of passing from command line, this can make easier to administer. No need to 
changed xinetd files to change bincimap authenticator.
