Finally, 1.1.0-1 is out.

Got into some potential problems with dynamic loading and *BSD, so
we'll postpone the dl feature a bit.

This is mostly a major code cleanup release, but there are also a
bundle of other things here. The service now uses privilege seperation
(*), and the authenticator is now checkpassword-compatible only.

(*) The pre-auth stub is called bincimap-up. It is not yet as
primitive and unprivileged as it should be, but the invocation method
is now done.

The IMAP hierarchy delimiter is now '/' and not '.'. This means that
subscribed-lists will have to be reset (most clients do this for
you). You may suddenly discover that all your mailboxes are
"gone". Just re-subscribe and you're back in business. For pine/mutt
users, this is more hassle but just replace the '.'s with '/'s and you
should be ok.

Binc IMAP is now invoked exactly as qmail-pop3d.

The change log lists all the changes:

(Cool domain? ;))

The interested may want to experiment with setting "depot" to
"IMAPdir" in the conf file (local config works now, so you can safely
set it for only one user at a time). I find the "IMAPdir" depot to be
a real pain killer, allowing mailboxes and submailboxes at any level,
and also submailboxes under INBOX. Feedback is appreciated.

The default depot is "Maildir++", so existing users should not
experience too many problems.
