A bugfix release: - Fixes problem with Mozilla reported yesterday. Attachments are now displayed correctly. - Subscribing to sublevel mailboxes should no longer be a problem with GUI clients. - Added support for hierarchical rename - Some code cleanup - Fixed broken APPEND and COPY
