Well, I tried the patch, but I guess that this wasn't the reason for the
performance problems I've been seeing.
Logging into Squirrelmail still takes ages, and operations on the folder
list also.
I guess it boils down to "Squirrelmail does something horribly
inefficient". Unfortunately, some of our customers need Squirrelmail, so
we won't switch to Binc for a while.
But at least Binc happily serves IMAP from my personal server :-)
