It works more or less? Well that doesn't sound too bad. :-) >1) when, in outlook, I copy mail from my personnal folders to imap >folders, it is very slow. It 's the same with Mozilla. The copy from an outside folder into an IMAP folder (appending), is slow today because each message takes at least 1 second to be copied. Future MULTIAPPEND extensions will speed this up significantly. Currently, Binc does not support any extensions. :-) >2) I create a folder called "Public" that is a imap folder at the same >level of Inbox. With mozilla I cannot create a folder under "Public", >the menu doesn't appear. In outlook xp it 's OK but if I can create >subfolder in "Public" , I cannot create other subfolders in those >subfolders ex: Public/achives/... That's strange, I'll look into it. The Mozilla issue with the subfolder item is a well-known Mozilla bug. The way to go around it is to restart Mozilla mail. Then you will be able to create subfolders of newly created folders. The OE XP thing is strange. What do your logs say? >Outlook just tell me that the Imap server has probably some limitation. >Under telnet there is no problem, I can create subfolders under >subfolders. When I return to Mozilla or Outllok I see those subfolders. >Sorry for my poor english >Stef. No prob - hope we can solve your folder problem.
