Okay, you've caught me misreading a part of the spec. :/ None can be
created in the future - this means there's currently a bug in the LIST
command because it shows \NoInferiors if there are no current inferiors of
the mailbox.

It's at least a bug in the server, because you are definitely supposed to
be able to create the mailboxes that you want.
