Okay, the communication seems normal. Using Mozilla with depot="Maildir++", I am allowed to create mailboxes under INBOX by right-clicking on INBOX. Root level folders are not allowed, but this is because of Maildir++ -> switching to IMAPdir lest one create root level mailboxes also. Are you allowed to do the same, or do you have to enter the INBOX/ prefix manually?
