I noticed this as well, so I am glad that the new procedure does not overwrite the existing files.

Another nit, "supervise" does not seem quite right: "daemontools" or "service" (reflecting "/service") seems more appropriate.

Just one small cosmetic note: * I see that the Makefile is still copying the wrong file to supervise/imaps/log/run. * The same goes for supervise/imaps/run. This is a new bug.
