The 65,534 number looks a bit like a smoking gun, doesn't it, the fact that some arbitrary limit has been reached?

The drives have Gigs of free space, so that can't be the issue. So, I started digging around the internet. So, I looked at my user's PC. He also has 65,534 MSI*.tmp files with a size of 0KB each. There is also one that has a size of 99 MB, which I don't think I'd want to delete, but is it safe to delete the others, with no size? I'm thinking probably yes, since tmp files are supposed to be "temporary"... but before I do something I might regret, I thought I'd run it by you guys. My plan was to actually move them out of this directory, onto the D:\ drive first, just to see what happens, but, again, just to be safe...
