I believe SCEP removed ours and they were password protected.  It’s been a few 
years, so I’m not 100% sure that Symantec was password protected.

I believe you have to call Symantec and get the CleanWipe utility. You can no 
longer run it silently though :(. Some competing AV vendors have ways of 
removing it as well.... SCEP? :)
