This seems to be the link but I could be wrong.  I am using a work machine and 
it is pretty locked down so I am limited in what I can do.  I could forward it 
to the list but with those keys in it I am unsure if that is wise.  If you need

Well using a Windows 7 machine when I looked at the email is said since I was 
running Windows 8 I could click to upgrade.  I will look again and send to the 
list more.
