If you have virtual server capabilities, I'd find another candidate or setup a 
new server for that function. I'm on the home stretch of decommissioning some 
Windows 2003 DCs that had several other services (WINs, DHCP, RDS, etc) tied to 
them. My preference going forward is to separate these services off of DCs 
whenever possible. We used our KMS server to host the RD licensing service.
