I grabbeed one of these for a small Customer a couple of years ago. Was not a great plan. Turns out I had much the same issues you describe. I was sure I had the config correct and tore it down and put it back several times to get it to work. Holding a live chicken over the top and cutting it’s head off seemed to help. 6 months later in the middle of the day for zero reason the entire config vanished. Went back on-site and applied again and all was fine. Called tech support and they were clueless but took many hours to validate they had zero clue. Same thing a few months later. Config vanishes. We got a replacement RMA and it was solid for another year or so. I kinda liked the price point and features but based on the experiences would not buy again. It is just not worth the risk for my customer base. I can deal with less functionality or higher or lower price. I cannot deal with random device wipes and zero support as to what happened.
