Basically seems to me to be a facility for letting MS record what your system 
is when you (well your PC's windows OS) 'reports' a 'problem'.

Q3022345 installs the Diagnostics Tracking Service.
While I find a lot of paranoia on the web I'm still unsure what this tracking 
does and why I should(would) install it.

Can anyone shed any light on this update?
