We found the problem - an admin had removed "Forefront Endpoint Protection 2010" from the WSUS Products list since we're now on version "2012". MS is still classifying FEP 2012 as the FEP 2010 product. Thanks for your help! Are you using an ADR? If so, are they just not showing up in the 'Software Update Group?'
