AH. It's the SolarWinds IPAM (IP Address Management) module. It hooks
into the DNS and DHCP servers, so you can view and manage your address
spaces and name entries. And no one had added the other (new) DNS
servers to the module.

(one of the things the module does is change the zone settings, so
that it can receive zone transfers and see any changes. That's why
only some of the zones had been changed)
