I have a remote server across a slow link that I'm migrating from SCCM 2007 to
ConfigMgr 2012 R2. After operating for a while as a Shared DP, I converted it
to a full CM12 DP in order to prevent the need to copy some 60GB across the
wire. That went absolutely fine (including the automatic uninstall of the SCCM
2007 Secondary Site role), but when I attempt to install a Secondary Site on
it, it keeps failing saying there are already site components installed:

[cid:[email protected]]
(love the spelling/grammar errors btw :) )

While it's not specific as to what it found, it happens during a series of SQL
checks on the server. Any ideas on what might be causing this error condition?
