Anyone have a service call where the user reported that their floppy was jammed in their 3-1/2in floppy drive, and you get to the user's desk and you find that the reason the floppy drive is 'jammed' is that the user decided to fold their 5-1/4in floppy and insert that into their 3-1/2in drive?
