You should see SCCM 2012 SP2 on eval and MVL.
This is both upgrade and for new installs.
The 1.1mb R2 "feature pack" changes the version to 2012 R2 SP1. I've not seen this download on MVL, only on the eval site.
I am trying to find the download for this and can not find it on MLVS or the technet eval site?
Has it been completely pulled?
