I'm seeing the same object replication errors as well after the upgrade.
Report Services is also broken for me. This error generates when I run a
report. I know the creds for reports are correct. This was the same
situation when I upgraded to ConfigMgr 2012 R2 in the past.

I just did this yesterday and had similar issues with my Management
Point. It complained about not being able to read from the registry
and that there was an Internal Server Error, 500 not responding to
HTTP requests. I also had NO components in the component status
screen. I spent an hour trying to get things back working, it looked
like all of the components didn’t reinstall during setup or after.
after an hour all of the components started reinstalling themselves
and this morning the only thing I’ve got lingering is object
replication errors failing some sql delete queries.

Everything else this morning is green.

Even though the wizard finishes, it is still doing stuff in the
background and doesn't complete until it says so in the log. That
being said, I had to reinstall my MP after the update to fix
similar issues.
