Inherited an ML350p Gen8 running Server 2k8R2 Ent with an odd NIC config. Can anyone think of a logical reason for having 2 of the 4 embedded NICs set with different static IPs while the other 2 NICs are dynamically assigned? This is a SQL server that is having some performance issues and I'd like to rule this out by teaming the NICs and assigning a single static but don't want to break something that might be hidden 15 menus deep. All 4 IPs are part of the same /24.
