Forgot to add:

By default, all DNS servers in an integrated zone are scavenging-capable
(when scavenging is enabled) - unless restricted with the info demonstrated
in your link.

So, all scavenge by default, check the ZoneResetScavengeServers parameter
for restrictions, and possibly confirm related Event IDs to be overly
cautious.
