Not seeing it in MP Location log on the server. Where do I look for the client policy log. The LocationServices on the client is just showing the FSP and nothing else.

Create a package with batch file 1.cmd with echo here. Distribute it and deploy to those clients, check location service log and you can see MP and DP info there. If clients can communicate with the MP, they have no way to get policies. Port 80 or 443 to the MPs and DPs is what's required. Policies tells the agents where to get content from and what to do.
