Is there a best practice regarding maintaining SQL cumulative updates for your 
site database? If you read the CU release notes they always say they're not 
intended for broad release and should only be installed if you're suffering a 
specific issue addressed by the CU. I've read before though of some people 
recommending the latest CU is always installed regardless.
