LTSB is exactly what we need in our hospital. We don't want users going out to the Microsoft Store to install anything. I don't need to spend time and effort uninstalling everything to bring CB/CBB to the same point as I get starting with LTSB.
Then there is the fact that CB/CBB requires being able to do in-place upgrades, something impossible with our 3rd party encryption software. If you're going to use CB media then use PowerShell to uninstall all of the uninstallable Universal Apps. Then use AppLocker to block access to those that cannot be uninstalled (i.e. Windows Feedback...)
