The issue around 3rd party disk encryption software is a short-term one. Yes, that will cause problems upgrading from older OSes to Windows 10, and to the fall 2015 release of Windows 10, but after that we expect to use more of a servicing-based approach that shouldn't be an issue with 3rd party encryption tools.

If you're going to use CB media then use PowerShell to uninstall all of the uninstallable Universal Apps.
