Thank you! That's the problem I seem to be facing. IE11 Upgrade via Software Updates not being "detected" by Windows 7 OS PC's that have IE8, IE9, or IE10.

You may want to take a look at the attached email threads where myself and many others were having a problem deploying IE11 via SUP. The problem was that WMI was taking too long to report that a prerequisite was already installed. I ended up deploying it as a regular application and called the WMI query manually before IE11 installed, it wasn't the best solution but using SUP I was only at a 50% success rate and using this method it was near 100%.
