If they are published to the WSUS catalog and not superseded, then I would think so. As mentioned though, they may not even be published to the WSUS catalog.

Have you added Exchange as a product? Also, the first one is simply a rollup and may not even published to the WSUS catalog as not all updates are; in fact, only a small subset of updates ever are.
