SP3? Where do you see they are missing update rollup 4 if it is not in SCCM?
If SP3 then the latest is 10. The other 2 are superseded. They all will show applicable if it is below update rollup 8 version 2. Once you install 10 then 8 and 9 will no longer be applicable The ones I drew a line through are SP1 and SP2 rollups.
