Hi Brian, If the user CI is removed from the Service Manager CMDB, all the relations to this use will be deleted as well (like Affected User). That's why the AD Connector is marking them as Pending Delete instead of removing them directly. In order to actually remove the user from the CMDB you will have to remove it from the Deleted Items folder under Administration. That's when the relationships are deleted as well.
