Anders - Is there a proper way to remove the relations to an incident classification category or support group that someone has deleted or is requesting to be removed? If not, what is the recommended way to handle? Thanks, Krista

That's why the AD Connector is marking them as Pending Delete instead of removing them directly. In order to actually remove the user from the CMDB you will have to remove it from the Deleted Items folder under Administration. That's when the relationships are deleted as well. [cid:[email protected]] [cid:[email protected]] The affected user who we created the incident for is no longer with the company and we removed them from the AD. Is this why the affected user field become blank? Please let us know.
