Unitrends purchased PHD Virtual Technologies a couple of years ago. Version 9 of Unitrends is implementing many of the UI features of PHD Virtual Backup to clean up the UI and make it faster. If I recall, version 9 is being released in November and they're getting away from using Flash for the UI.
