We use MalwareBytes integrated with Kaseya VSA. The good: high detection rate, mostly low performance impact for active protection, pretty good track record for cleaning stuff up. The bad: scheduled scans always run with the full UI, which is intrusive and annoying for our non-technical users. This might only be a problem when it’s bundled with Kaseya, though.
