So if it "sits on top of AV", by definition it must be a whitelisting solution? Or is it something that sits at the perimeter?

The rep it stating that this new product will go on top of my current AV(Trend OfficeScan) and be aggressive and proactive with malware stopping infect before it even gets to the Computer. This sounds a little different from the MWB I and you all have used in the past where we were cleaning up the mess a user had made of their machine but a drive by or opened attachment. I might have to sit through his speech just to see if it is the same old same old or if it is really something new. If the infection is particularly nasty and resilient we'll run MWB than follow up with SpyBot. ________________________________ From: "David McSpadden" <[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>> To: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, October 28, 2015 8:39:58 AM Subject: [NTSysADM] Proactive Malware Hunting MalwareBytes rep wants to come and show me what is good about his stuff.
