I'm mostly familiar with *nix apps that are oriented toward security and network monitoring, so things like ntop, opennms, silk, zenoss, zabbix, securityonion and whatnot come first to mind.
Thing is, much of the best *nix software (that isn't hardcore networking stuff) has Windows ports, though there are a number of ERP/CRM/HRM solutions that seem to run only on *nix, often providing a web interface. Trolling sourceforge and github might show you some interesting stuff.
