I'm not sure how many versions you have out there, and how they were installed but you could do some reporting to find the different versions and add them in as Applications and then use Supersedence Rules with the DC version to upgrade/uninstall. Also, if you use the Adobe Customization Wizard for the DC Deployment I believe you can specify that it remove all previous versions of Adobe Reader and/or Acrobat during the install.
