I'm not sure how many versions you have out there, and how they were installed but you could do some reporting to find the different versions and add them in as Applications and then use Supersedence Rules with the DC version to upgrade/uninstall. I would like to uninstall all the are not DC. Then those that are then readerless install DC on them. So at the end of the deployment all systems would be DC.
