Basically software that has been installed by a Standard User.  There are a
lot of Applications now that will install in the User's profile, thus
circumventing the Standard User Permissions we used to rely on to prevent
software installs.

I know AppLocker will solve this but I was hoping to get some data to help
convince management, if I have to push it real good.
