So 1511 with a SUP and site server on Server 2008 R2 (WSUS 3) will not be able to deploy Win10 build-to-build upgrades as updates. (but can still use task sequence for that purpose.) Also note that while Server 2008 R2 is currently supported, it is deprecated and planned to be out of support in 12 months with SCCM current branch.
