If they do well what you need them to do, wouldn't  it be easier to just 
upgrade to the current  versions ? That would also probably give you the 
advantage  of expoering  current configs to their repsctive newer devices?

I know that used to be the case with sonicwalls (buts that was years ago

The Palo Alto devices are quite stellar, but do require a shift in how you 
think about device configuration.


 


I'm still more inclined to recommend Fortinet devices, from a bang-for-the-buck 
perspective.


 


Of course, you haven't actually told us what your requirements are, so this is 
just another name-your-preferred-vendor exercise.
