I noticed this since the beginning to my Win10 testing back in beta versions.
After a bunch of troubleshooting I narrowed it down to different DPI of
monitors. I opened a ticket work it.

Y'all should file this as feedback on connect or open a case.

I have the same problem with my Surface Book and attached 1920*1200 monitors.
SB is at 200% DPI and the two externals at 100%. The problem is some apps
behave weirdly with the externals under certain circumstances.

You'll note if you go into display settings you might have an orange warning
saying you need to sign out for changes to take effect. You want it to look
like my attached screenshot. In my case, I need to log in (not unlock) to my
user account while the monitors are plugged in. If I take my computer home, use
it, then bring it back in and unlock it with the monitors attached it'll warn
me to sign out/in to fix it.
ConfigMgr console (and other apps like RDC Manager) seem to dislike non-100%
DPIs when this occurs.
See if that helps you.

Regards,
Freddy

Nope. Connected to a Dell Optiplex 9020 via mini display port with an AMD
HD8490 card.

Last dumb question ( for today) do you have it attached to a laptop/docking
station?

No, but if you send me a 4K monitor I'll give it a try.

Is anyone else using the SCCM 2012 console on a 4K monitor with Windows 10
(everything fully updated)? I'm running my monitor at 200% (text, apps, etc.)
and for the most part everything is good except for the SCCM console.
Everything is microscopic, as if its ignoring what the display settings are
adjusted to.
