Everything is fine at 100%. No, I do not have that box checked. I have also logged out/in to apply changes correctly, rebooted, etc. Pretty much all of my other apps are fine so I feel it's more of an SCCM thing.

I set my scaling to 200% and rebooted. My ConfigMgr 2012 console looked perfect. I also still have the ConfigMgr 2007 console installed, and that also looks good. I'm not sure why you would be having issues with just that console. It looks normal at 100% though? Okay, I just found something: If you look at your shortcut properties, under the compatibility tab, there is a checkbox "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings". That isn't checked is it? SB is at 200% DPI and the two externals at 100%. The problem is some apps behave weirdly with the externals under certain circumstances. You'll note if you go into display settings you might have an orange warning saying you need to sign out for changes to take effect. You want it to look like my attached screenshot. In my case, I need to log in (not unlock) to my user account while the monitors are plugged in. If I take my computer home, use it, then bring it back in and unlock it with the monitors attached it'll warn me to sign out/in to fix it. ConfigMgr console (and other apps like RDC Manager) seem to dislike non-100% DPIs when this occurs. See if that helps you. Everything is microscopic, as if its ignoring what the display settings are adjusted to.
